(539) Tumeric is a spice with anti-inflammatory properties. Since inflammation is the major cause of most chronic diseases, reducing it is important.
The best anti-inflammatory spices are: tumeric, ginger, cloves, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and garlic.
I'm not much of a cook, but I've decided to buy one of these every two or three weeks, and start using them in my cooking. All in the interests of living longer!
