Dr. Deewall and Dr. Traas surgically removed a pathent urachus from this guy. The urachus connects the urinary bladder to the umbilical cord and placenta during gestation so that urine can be removed from the fetus via the mother's blood. The urachus should close down shortly after birth, but sometimes that fails to happen. In this guy's case, he was urinating out his umbilical cord.
